Speedy Sharp is a High Quality USA-made product, but if you need to return the item for any reason please do so by calling Speedy Sharp Customer Service Department @ (800) 920-3094 within 60 days of receipt of the product for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). How To Return An Item

1. For tools to be returned for any reason, Customer must request a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Speedy Sharp Customer Service Department @ (800) 920-3094. Please have your order number you were emailed ready for your customer service representative.
2. You must return the item within 60 days of receipt of the product along with the original receipt.
3. Package must have RMA # on the outside of the package.
